Brand kit extraction loader

The wait between "analyze linear.app" and "your kit is ready", from AMJ '26 Handoff β†’ Extracting Loader. Each placeholder is a low-resolution render of the content that is coming, so the resolve is a change of fidelity rather than a swap, and the wait tells you what you are waiting for.

The treatment is a halftone dither: a square screen where tone drives dot size, the way real screening does it. The second row tunes it. Scaffold is the other thing to judge: on Slots the skeleton is the layout we already know the card will hold, with the screen running inside each region and the regions resolving in turn. On Whole card one grid covers everything, which was the first pass.

The skeleton only claims what it can actually know. We do not know how many colours the extractor returns, where the type breaks, how long each line runs, or whether a logo is a square icon or a long wordmark, so none of that is drawn: colour is one continuous wash rather than countable swatches, type is a streak texture with a ragged right edge rather than set line lengths, and a logo is a soft centred mass rather than a lockup. Change Colours found between 3 and 6 and the skeleton does not move at all, only the resolve does.
