Dashboard home
Dashboard home (AMJ '26 handoff)
The logged-in home built from the AMJ '26 handoff frame: Brand Kit nudge on the prompt, slide-count and model pickers, four action pills (Refresh Data on Gold), and a recent grid mixing one deck with two action cards. Hovering an action card plays its clip; leaving rewinds it back to the first frame.
Dashboard home, no rewind on leave
Same screen, one behaviour changed: leaving an action card stops the clip where it is instead of rewinding, and hovering again picks it up from that frame. Side by side with the version above to judge which settle feels better.
Brand loader
Loader component β€” phase API Dev Ready
The canonical createPaiLoader β€” logo cascade morphs to an 8-dash spinner, driven by LLM lifecycle phases (idle β†’ thinking β†’ searching β†’ reasoning β†’ generating β†’ done). Full live config panel.
Chat thinking indicator
Chat UI using the loader as a 20px inline indicator + phase label above each streamed response; fades to "Thought for Xs" when done.

Living brainstorm of the 7 upgrade features (export, advanced models, analytics, knowledge base, invite team, projects, brand kit) β€” selling points, story, and a beat-by-beat storyboard for each, to steer the upgrade-moment animations.
